The function and communication of our service depends on the data of our customers. The amount of data stored depends on the data you provided when placing the order for Diesel Particulate Filter Cleaning and / or for Package Collection (UPS).

DSGVO in the case of customers exclusively in the context of the business relationship for the processing of his orders for the accounting including the payment recording and possibly the dunning, for the provision of services, for the evaluation of business-relevant indicators such as sales statistics.

In the case of interested parties, the processing is limited to answering the request submitted via the contact form.

Any personal data collected shall be adequate and substantial for the purpose and limited to what is necessary for the purposes of processing in accordance with Article 5(1)(c), shall be treated with the utmost care and shall under no circumstances be disclosed to third parties for further processing incompatible with those purposes. Likewise, they shall not be passed on to a third country or an international organisation.

The following data / data categories are processed in detail: Gender/title, (company) name, contact person data, postal address(es) (delivery/billing address), contact data (telephone, fax, e-mail), if applicable tax information (VAT number) / bank details.

No data shall be processed which reveal the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, cultural or social identity of the data subject.

The use of the offers and services of this Internet presence is – with the exception of sending the order, contact and pick-up form – always possible without providing personal data.

As a result of not providing the legally or contractually required data for the order process no order is concluded. As a result of not providing the data in the contact form no message will be sent to us. In all cases, any entered but not finalized data will be discarded.

The processing of personal data when placing the order, when submitting the pick-up and contact form is exclusively based on the user’s voluntary, explicit input in the respective input fields, who thus gives his consent to the processing of the personal data concerning him in accordance with Art. 6 para 1 lit. a. DSGVO gives.


We do not pass on your data to third parties. In addition, we take appropriate measures and carry out regular checks to ensure that the data we collect cannot be viewed or tapped by third parties.

As part of the order processing or shipment and retrieval of packages by the shipping service provider UPS, we must forward personal data for the performance of the service. Otherwise a dispatch or a return of a package is not possible. By placing an order for soot filter cleaning and/or using the pick-up service, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to UPS.
